Refund Policy

Introduction

This policy describes refunds for paid consultations booked at https://www.expand-io.com/book. Refunds for consulting engagements are governed by each engagement's written agreement.

Costa Rica Market Introduction Fee

The US$200 Costa Rica Market Introduction fee is designed as an engagement credit: if you later contract any EXPANDio service, the full amount is applied to that engagement's fees.

When Refunds Apply

  • Cancellation 24 hours or more before the session: full refund or, at your choice, the amount kept as credit.
  • Cancellation by EXPANDio without a workable new time: full refund.
  • Technical failure on our side that prevents the session from taking place: full refund or free rebooking.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows, where the fee is retained but remains creditable toward a future engagement.
  • Sessions already delivered.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider, typically 5–10 business days. Requests: info@expand-io.com.
