Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancellation of consultations booked online. Cancellation of consulting engagements is governed by each engagement's written agreement.

Cancel through the link in your booking confirmation or by writing to info@expand-io.com with your name and appointment time.

• 24 hours or more before the appointment: cancellation is free. Paid sessions are refunded or re-credited per the Refund Policy.
• Less than 24 hours before the appointment: free sessions may simply be released; for paid sessions we may retain the fee, though it remains creditable toward a future engagement.

If you do not join within 15 minutes of the start time without notice, the session is treated as a late cancellation. We are happy to rebook — for paid sessions the credit toward a future engagement is preserved.

If we must cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as early as possible and offer priority rebooking; paid sessions are refunded in full if no new time works for you.
