Booking Policy

Introduction

This policy applies to consultations scheduled through the online calendar at https://www.expand-io.com/book.

Consultation Types

  • Discovery Call — 30 minutes, video call, free of charge and without obligation.
  • Costa Rica Market Introduction — 60 minutes, video call, US$200, credited in full toward a future engagement with EXPANDio.

Scheduling

Consultations are booked through the site's online calendar, which shows real availability. After booking you receive a confirmation with the video-call link and a short questionnaire that helps us prepare.

Costa Rica Market Introduction payment is collected at booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before the appointment, using the link in your confirmation or by writing to info@expand-io.com.

Punctuality

Sessions start at the scheduled time. If you join late, the session still ends as scheduled so the calendar stays reliable for other clients.
